FAQ

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date to address provided on the order. We will cover return shipping in most situations. If you purchased a record lot or bundle, please note that all records in the lot must be returned to get a refund or credit. We do reserve the right to charge a restocking fee between 10% to 50% depending on the situation. For example; if a new item is purchased and returned used (such as broken seal, signs of wear, missing tags, etc.) then we will charge a restocking fee. We do not accept returns of International Orders at this time. If you have questions about returns please contact us.
We offer shipping with USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. Our basic shipping option is USPS Media Mail for USA orders, which works really good most of the year except from Thanksgiving to the end of January. The post office gets overwhelmed before and after Christmas with Media Mail shipments. If you need a shipment by a certain date always use an express option as there is no delivery guarantee with Media Mail shipments. If you have any questions or issues please contact us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer shipping to EU nations and Australia currently, select other countries maybe available on request, contact us. Please note that all international orders must have a paid shipping service and any orders that process without a valid paid shipping service will be placed on hold. The buyer will be contacted to select a shipping option and payment for the shipping service will be required before the order will be processed. If no payment is received the order will be cancelled. Additionally, all international buyers will be required to handle any customs or duty fees, taxes or other fees for their orders. We do not prepaid any customs or duty fees, taxes or other fees.
Notes on playing used vinyl records. Used records commonly have slight to mild warps but can still be played with turntables with tone arms that have counter balances that are properly balanced. Please follow your turntable's owner's manual on how to balance your tone arm. Also, slip mats can add or reduce skips on records, in our experience, we recommend slip mats made from felt.
